The following Terms & Conditions are set by our lawyers. If you are unhappy with the terms, please give them a shout.
All prices are quoted in US Dollar (USD) and/or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/RP) and exclude delivery charges. Final transaction will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah. If you have any question, please contact us. SALE ITEM IS FINAL, NO EXCHANGE
Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed on Zodiac web-shop will be delivered Monday to Friday, 12 PM - 3 PM by DHL (international delivery) and JNE (local delivery). Delivery charges may vary depending on size and weight. Orders placed from the web-shop will be updated & dispatched within 1-7 working days. Shipping times will be estimated during the checkout process. We cannot guarantee shipping times as deliveries are handled by third parties. We will do our best to process and ship your order as fast as we can. You will receive an email with a tracking information as soon as the order has been shipped. We are not liable for any lost and damaged shipment. Please note delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.
Order Processing & Payment
All orders via Zodiac web-shop goes through Shopify – the industry standard. For payments, we accept online payment methods such as credit card and bank transfer.
It is possible to cancel your order before the packaging and/or shipping process has started. Once the order has been processed, the order is considered final. So no return policy applies at this stage. In case of any defect, please call our representative (email below). We will ensure that you are entitled to receive product(s) in good condition. Exchange will only be accepted for items within 3 days from delivery of the product. If refund, will takes 7 working days from submitted request.
We cannot confirm that our website is always 100% accurate. This includes availability of products. We are not liable in case there are any errors in connection to the availability of the products on Zodiac web-shop. We will make sure our website is updated close to real time basis. In case it's not, we apologies in advance.
International Custom Duties
Delivery charges do not include import duties that may be applicable at different countries. Buyers will be responsible for paying these charges. Contact us if you have specific enquiry about this.

We take your incomings very seriously but our retail shop opens till 3AM every Friday/Saturday. So please be kind to us on Saturday and Sunday morning.
