## GENERAL TERMS
1. Official ticket sales are available exclusively through the official website: [WWW.ZODIACJAKARTA.COM](http://WWW.ZODIACJAKARTA.COM)
2. Tickets are considered valid only if purchased through the official sales channel appointed by the organizer.
3. The organizer reserves the right to reject tickets obtained from unauthorized or unofficial sources.
4. All purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
5. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all personal information submitted during the purchase process is accurate and valid.
6. A maximum of 4 tickets may be purchased per account.
7. The organizer reserves the right to cancel and refund any purchase made using multiple accounts that are suspected of violating the ticket purchase policy.
## E-TICKET & TICKET REDEMPTION
* E-tickets must be presented during ticket redemption and venue registration.
* Digital tickets must be redeemed for physical tickets/wristbands on:

*Time:* 13:00 PM – 20:00 PM WIB
* Ticket redemption is available exclusively at ZODIAC BARESTO to avoid long queues and ensure a smooth entry experience on the event day.
* Each ticket is valid for one-time use only.
* Reproduction, distribution, or resale of tickets without official authorization from the organizer is strictly prohibited.
## VENUE ENTRY
* Visitors must present their wristband/physical ticket to enter the venue area.
* Visitors may be required to present a valid ID that matches the ticket purchase details.
* This event is strictly for attendees aged 21 and above. Visitors may be required to present a valid government-issued ID for age verification purposes.
* Visitors must comply with all venue regulations and follow staff instructions at all times.
* Re-entry during the event is strictly prohibited.
* Visitors who leave the venue will not be permitted to re-enter the venue area.
* The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any visitor who disrupts the event.
## PROHIBITED ITEMS
Visitors are prohibited from bringing:
* Sharp weapons
* Narcotics or illegal drugs
* Alcoholic beverages
* Laser pointers
* Professional cameras without media authorization
* Any dangerous items prohibited by the organizer
## DOCUMENTATION
* All visitors acknowledge and agree that photo and video documentation will take place during the event.
* The organizer reserves the right to use any event documentation for promotional and publication purposes without compensation to visitors.
## FORCE MAJEURE
* In the event of cancellation or postponement caused by circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, including natural disasters, riots, government regulations, or other force majeure events, refund or rescheduling policies will be announced accordingly by the organizer.

By purchasing tickets, buyers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Terms & Conditions.
